Refund/Cancellation Policy

We Provide a 3 Day Return Window during which you can Return your order either entirely or partially.

We offer refunds either in your Store Credit in which you pay no Return Charges or you can also get the Refund in your Bank Account in which case Return Charges will be deducted from your total sum.

However we do offer store credits if you somehow receive a defected or wrong product

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an order customer has to clearly inform the team about his/hers clear intention of starting a return within 3 business days (Including the Delivery Day).

To start a Refund , you can contact us at support@preora.in or Call us at 9335931500 (Customer care is available between 10am-5pm from Monday-Saturday) If your Refund is accepted, We will generate a refund and you will get it in your desired account within 5-7 days

Shipping Charges (If paid) are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any Damages reported after 2 days (including the delivery day) would not be considered and Preora.in will not be responsible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We don’t offer exchanges but you can return the items that you want to exchange and ask for a gift card. The Gift Card will be given against 100% value of the returned item and it will include any shipping charges that you paid as well. (Shipping charges won’t be included if it is a partial order exchange)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-paid Order Refunds: If your order was prepaid you get your refund processed to the original payment source.

Cash On Delivery: If your order was Cash On Delivery, You receive a payout link on your email and phone number. Using the link you can redeem your refund in bank account of your choice.
